There are things in life that we can control and things that we cannot. Today, I encourage you to focus your energy on the things that you CAN control. Things such as:

  • Your mood
  • Your responses to others
  • Your thoughts
  • Your actions or reactions

Make up in your mind that you will have a productive & fruitful day. So that even if challenges arise you will be focused on what you can LEARN from the challenge rather than moping because the challenge occurred… It’s all about perspective.
