Focused on reaching my goal of a 4-pack (you have to start somewhere). I recently started more intense workouts to get my core together thanks to the advice of a good friend. Seeing results is so encouraging.

    1. We all start with a long road in some way. Just be encouraged and take it one day at a time. One workout at a time. One healthy snack choice at a time. 🙂 You can do it.
